Understanding the chakras
Our Chakras are our ‘energy valves’. They help us take in, absorb and release energies. The chakras are connected to our physical organs, our emotions and our surroundings.
Just like valves in the physcial sense, e.g. those of a car engine, our own “valves” i.e. chakras, need regular clearing and balancing so they can distribute the energy properly and evenly, in a balanced way to the vehicle that is our body.
When our chakras area balanced we act in ways that are in harmony with our Soul, mind and body conjointly.
‘Debris’ can get stuck in our chakras, in the form of emotions, outside energies from other people or places, inhibiting thoughts that are fear-based, just to mention a few.
A chakra clearing and balancing cleans out the chakras, and helps to release stuck energies or emotions, so that energy – our invisible life force – is again able to flow freely and harmoniously at the most positive vibration.
The chakras and their different vibrations (‘spinning rates’), can be seen and they can be felt. Likewise, it can be seen or felt if one or more chakras is out of sync, causing a disharmony and ‘wobbly spinning’ which affects our whole system, and which may eventually if left unstabilised, cause imbalances in our physical body.
Our body is our main vehicle here on earth.
Understanding more about our chakras, and taking good care of them is one of the best ways to create a harmonious life, as they are one of the basic elements of our being.
