Be in the moment
Ironically, when we live in the present moment, life expands. You may tend to think it is the other way around. You may tend to think that it is when we focus on the future or delve into the past, that we have the biggest overview of our life.
However, all that tends to do is keep us away from the vast arena of possibilities that is available in the now because our focus is away from it!
The amount of forward-moving possibilities available to us, shrink, as we worry and think about the future and the past, as our focus is not on the present moment.
We can work with the future and the past as a means of working through things that we plan or things that we carry as mental or emotional baggage – but then we have to go back to the present moment. Do not dwell on the past or the future. Make overall plans for the future, and then go back to being in the now. Work through issues and emotions of the past, to release them, and then go back to being in the now.
When we are aware of NOW, we are open to possibilities. We have no expectations, we are ready to follow our intuition and feel the ‘vibe’, to feel what is going on around us, and we listen to what our heart tells us to do.
When we have no expectations and when we follow our intuition, we are truly free. Free from the layers of thoughts and fears that are keeping us wrapped up, keeping us from seeing the life of our “inner world”.
To help you find and listen to your intuition you can ask for signs and guidance. Then be open to noticing these signs. Be open to seeing them, hearing them, feeling them.
Then go with your feelings, go where you feel joy, go where you feel positive! BE in the moment!
